1. In arranging for your event, the attendance must be definitely specified ten (10) days prior to the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction and changes will be made accordingly. JP catering (Jen Tre' Caterers) can not be responsible for service to more than five percent over guarantee.
2. A deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. there will be no exceptions. Your final payment is due 7 working days before your affair.
3. No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the banquet room by the Patron's Guests, without the expres written consent of JP catering (Jen Tre' Caterers).
4.JP catering (Jen Tre' Caterers) will not assume any resposibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Banquet facility prior to or after the event.
5. Buffet will stay open until 1 hour before your event is over. The bar will open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your event and will close 15 minutes before your event ends.
6.JP catering (Jen Tre' Caterers) acknowledges all applicable alcoholic beverage laws and regulations, and that the restrictions for serving shots, minors or individuals who may be intoxicated apply. We trust you will cooperate.
7. We accept Visa and Mastercard, however we access a 3% service charge.
We also offer Disc Jockey service for $300.00
